These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and betjee. By registering an account, accessing the betjee platform, placing any wager, or using any service offered by betjee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) betjee account only. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether for the purpose of exploiting promotions, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.
You warrant that all information provided to betjee during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and current. betjee reserves the right to verify any information provided and to suspend accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or inconsistent with identity verification documents submitted.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your betjee login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. betjee will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
If you suspect that your betjee account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify betjee immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. betjee will investigate and, where appropriate, take steps to secure your account. However, betjee will not be liable for losses arising from activity prior to notification.
A betjee account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. betjee reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts, notify the account holder prior to doing so where contact information remains valid, and to close accounts dormant for more than twenty-four (24) months following required notification procedures.
betjee accepts deposits through the following Pakistani payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL Online Banking, UBL Online Banking, Meezan Bank, and 1LINK. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). betjee does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or via cryptocurrency at this time.
The minimum deposit on betjee is PKR 100. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account tier. betjee reserves the right to adjust deposit limits without advance notice in accordance with its risk management and responsible gaming policies.
All bets on betjee are subject to acceptance by betjee at its sole discretion. betjee reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager at any time, including but not limited to situations where: the event has already commenced at the time of placement, technical errors have resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, or betjee has reasonable grounds to suspect the integrity of the event or the bet.
In the event of an obvious error in odds, game outcome, or any other displayed information — including software malfunctions — betjee reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. "Obvious error" includes pricing that is manifestly inconsistent with the market at the time of placement.
In-play / live betting markets on betjee are subject to delay and suspension at any time. betjee will not be liable for bets accepted and subsequently placed during a system delay period. All live bet settlements are final once confirmed by betjee's trading team.
Individual casino games and instant games available on betjee are governed by their respective game rules, as presented within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules explicitly state otherwise. All betjee casino games use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology that has been independently audited for fairness.
All bonus funds credited to a betjee account are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers, eligible games, and time limits are stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in forfeiture of any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings.
betjee's welcome bonus is available to new accounts making their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is offered as a percentage match on the first deposit, up to a stated maximum PKR amount. The welcome bonus may be used on eligible sports betting markets or casino games as specified in the active promotion terms. The welcome bonus is available to one account per household and per payment method.
betjee actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once; placing bets on both sides of an outcome using bonus funds (bonus arbitrage); using bonus funds in a manner that demonstrates low financial risk to the player rather than genuine play. betjee reserves the right to void bonuses, void associated winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betjee platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:
In accordance with betjee's international licensing obligations and applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards, betjee is required to verify the identity of account holders before processing withdrawals above defined thresholds and at other stages as determined by betjee's compliance team.
betjee may request any combination of the following documents to complete KYC verification: a government-issued photo identification (CNIC, Passport, or equivalent); proof of residential address dated within three (3) months; proof of payment method ownership (e.g., JazzCash account statement or screenshot); and source of funds documentation where required by betjee's compliance team.
If a user fails to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable time period as specified by betjee, betjee reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality, restrict account access, and — following a reasonable notice period — close the account and return any uncontested funds to the verified payment method on file.

All content available on the betjee platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and data compilations — is the property of betjee or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The betjee name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of betjee and may not be used without prior written consent.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the betjee platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to downloading, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any betjee content without express written authorisation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betjee's total liability to any user arising out of or in connection with these Terms and/or the use of the betjee platform shall not exceed the amount held in that user's betjee account balance at the time the relevant claim arises.
You may request closure of your betjee account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (net of outstanding wagers and any applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
betjee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without advance notice, where betjee has reasonable grounds to believe that: the account has been used in breach of these Terms; the account holder has provided false identity information; fraudulent or criminal activity has occurred; or it is required to do so by betjee's licensing authority or law enforcement.
Upon account closure — whether voluntary or betjee-initiated — your licence to use the betjee platform ceases immediately. Bonus funds are forfeited upon closure. Sections of these Terms relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive account closure.
betjee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, betjee will provide notice to registered users via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the betjee platform. Your continued use of betjee following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must close your betjee account prior to the effective date of the change.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which betjee holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the betjee platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.
Before commencing any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with betjee informally by contacting our support team at [email protected]. betjee will endeavour to acknowledge and respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. betjee and the user will make a good-faith effort to reach a mutually agreeable resolution within thirty (30) calendar days of the complaint being submitted.
